Vincent Franklin

name I started training at the age of 16, not particularly being a very athletic person when I was young, I didn't really know what to expect, I was a little nervous when I went to my first lesson but was soon made very welcome. After that session, I was hooked - I couldn't get enough!

Over the years, I have travelled to nearly every club I could, looking for the best trainers and coaches. In 14 years, I must have been to nearly 30 clubs - each one with a different approach and method of teaching, some got the best out of me physically, others were more philosophical and improved my technical skills, all great experiences in their own way.

What I have done is taken the best parts from each trainer, not just the knowledge of the sports but also the people skills, confidence building, motivating and listening skills. You see, everybody has different ambitions, also everybody has a different way of getting the best out of themselves, a good trainer works that out and finds the best way of getting it out of you, that's where I think my greatest skill lies.

It's all about making you (the student) feel comfortable and relaxed - getting an understanding straight away, what YOU want, then it's my job to get you to your goal in the most enjoyable and exhilerating way I can, the same way all my trainers have in the last 14 years.

If it makes you feel half as good as it has made me, you will be a very happy person!
